2.2 Account Establishment and Management

 

 Account Creation Process: To fully access all the functions of Wove, such as creating and downloading greeting cards, you need to set up a user account. You can choose to register with a valid Apple account or use a quick login process as a guest.

 Account Security Measures: The responsibility for safeguarding your account login details lies entirely with you. Under no circumstances should you share these credentials with others. In the event that you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must contact us immediately so that we can implement the necessary security protocols.

 Accuracy of Personal Data: During the registration phase, you must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. In the event of any changes to your personal details, you are obliged to update this information promptly. We will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to inaccurate or outdated personal data.

 Single Account per User Policy: Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one account. We reserve the right to identify and remove any duplicate accounts at our discretion.

 Greeting Card Content Adherence: All greeting cards created and information entered must comply with legal and moral norms. Content that is offensive, violent, pornographic, or contains hate speech is strictly prohibited.

 Platform Integrity Preservation: You must not attempt to breach the system's security, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to other users' data or greeting cards. Any such malicious activities will result in severe penalties, including the suspension of your account and, if necessary, legal action.

 Respectful Communication: You are required to maintain a respectful and friendly tone in all interactions within the application, including shared content. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate remarks will not be tolerated.

 

Failure to comply with any of these guidelines may result in the deletion of greeting cards, restricted access to the platform, or permanent banning of your account. Serious violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.

IV. Ownership and Licensing of Content

4.1 Ownership of User-Generated Content

 

 Copyright Ownership: You retain full copyright ownership of the greeting cards you create and any associated data, such as greeting card descriptions, images, and text.

 License Grant: By using Wove and uploading content, you grant Wove a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to store, display, and use your content within the scope of the application's functions. This includes the right to showcase your greeting card creation achievements or usage patterns in promotional materials or features, while always attributing the content to you as the creator.

4.2 Intellectual Property Rights of Wove Content

 

 All materials provided by Wove, such as the application interface, default greeting card templates, and any accompanying software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of these materials without our explicit permission.

V. Function Utilization and Restrictions

5.1 Greeting Card Creation and Management

 You are free to create and manage your greeting cards, including setting the details. However, you must ensure that the greeting cards comply with our previously mentioned content guidelines.

5.2 Virtual Currency (Gold Coins) Usage

 Gold coins can be used to obtain additional greeting card creation opportunities. Gold coins can be obtained through legitimate purchase methods. You must not attempt to obtain gold coins through unauthorized means, such as hacking or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

5.3 Recording Function

 You can use the recording function to add voice memos. You must ensure that the recordings also comply with our content policies.

XI. Application Update and Maintenance

 To ensure that you can continuously obtain the best user experience, Wove may automatically check and download application updates in the background. These updates may include function improvements, security patches, performance optimizations, etc. You can choose whether to allow automatic updates in the application store settings of your device. If you choose manual update, we recommend that you regularly check the application store to obtain the latest version to ensure the normal operation and security of the application. We will not be responsible for any problems caused by your failure to update the application in a timely manner, such as function abnormalities, compatibility issues, or security vulnerabilities. However, we will make every effort to remind you of the importance of updates and relevant information within the application or through other channels.

11.2 Maintenance Notification
